I also noticed that Mrs. Weasley seems to have some kind of power 
too.  She knew that Fred and George had their joke merchandise in 
their pockets when they were going to the Quidditch World Cup, and 
therefore confiscated it.  Or is it that she just knows them well 
enough to know what they are up to?
