Well, I stand corrected on one count - I was actually thinking of a scene in 
Book 1 when Harry is playing Quidditch, but Ron and Hermione are the focus.  
So the first chapter of Book 1 brings the total up to two.

The first chapter of GoF doesn't count, because Harry witnessed it in his 
dreams....part of it, anyway... ;}
