The first chapter of PS/SS is definitely *not* from Harry's
perspective.  The Snape-refereed Quidditch match in SS/PS has the fight
in the stands.  Also, the first Quidditch match has the bit where
Hermione set fire to Snape's robes.

Most of the information given in Chap 1 of GoF (e.g. Frank's history)
is *not* from Harry's perspective and is *not* part of his dream.
