This is my first post since I've just joined and spent the past 
couple of days just reading, but I think we've already seen one 
American school. In GoF when Harry, Ron, and Hermione are going for 
water at the campground, it says they saw a bunch of American witches 
under a sign that said Salem Witches' Institute.
