Read the last Chapters of Book Four carefully and you will find that 
Dumbledore immediately asks Molly for her assistance and she replies 
that she and her husband will help.  Forgive me if I sound sexist, 
but usually this would be something discussed.  It seems that Molly 
runs the show completely on domestic and work-related matters.  
Hmmm... makes one think.
