There is no convenient way to do this when you use webview. I know, 
because that's the format I use too. The rule makes good sense, but 
it was not put in place by people who use web view and I don't think 
they thought about this problem. (I know, since I'm one of them, sort 
of.)

When I'm going to write a response to more than one topic, I usually 
just write more than one email. But I make sure that I'm not writing 
just a line or two. That's usually no problem for me, since I go on 
and on and on, even on the most mundane of topics. 

Just ask my students.
