ACCESS-THE ARAB COMMUNITY CENTER FOR ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SERVICES

Dearborn, Michigan.  The Arab Community Center for Economic and Social 
Services (ACCESS) condemns the bombings as any right thinking group of people 
would.  We believe this condemnation reflects the views of Arab- Americans 
universally.  

We ask that our community neighbors not to jump to any conclusions as during 
the Oklahoma City bombing.  During that crisis, many Arab groups were accused 
and in the end, it was a domestic terrorist act.

Today, many schools, religious institutions, and Arab-American organizations 
have received bomb threats.  Arab-Americans families have been forced to take 
their kids out of school.  We ask that the general public and the media in 
particular, keep in mind that we are Americans as well.  We are devoted to 
our country and oppose violence.
