i too had tears in my eyes as i watched and listened.  the support i 
see and hear from around the world for some reason still astounds me. 
not so much a conscious sense of disbelief, because of course, why 
would anyone react any differently?  but just... something.  
listening to the thoughts and prayers of the people in the UK has 
been truly amazing.  aggh.  still beyond words.
