"Authorized Biography"

Dear All--I picked up a shortish paperback in the children's Lit 
section of Barnes and Noble (where I hang out quite a bit because I 
teach Children's Lit) and it claims to be "The ONly Authorized 
Biography of J. K. Rowling."  It is titled Conversations With J.K. 
Rowling and is written and edited by Lindsey Fraser.  Has anyone else 
come across this?  It's $4.99.  Fraser is "a leading children's book 
enthusiast. . . .is now Executive Director of Scottish Book Trust, an 
organization renowned for its work in promoting reading among 
children and in raising the profile of children's literature."  
Anyone heard of her?  It appears to be a compilation of the 
interviews JKR has given through the last few years, but i don't 
think all the questions and answers are in it--selected ones it 
seems.  Just thought I'd mention that it was out there for anyone
