Is Snape a Vampire? Who would he kill?

If Snape *IS* a Vampire, which is obviously TBD, as potions master, he 
could theoretically devise a fake-blood potion or other potion to 
conceal his Vampirism and limit his threat to others.

Should we take this to mean that Hagrid knows who Snape *would* kill, 
or has killed?  This could be a clue as to what information Hagrid has 
about Snape's past.
