Yes, but it'll end with the election coming up and
Lucius Malfoy as the main contender.

Neville will always be Neville.  He won't simply
become Mr. All-Around Hogwarts, because that's not who
he is.  But I *do* think he'll get over his block,
dealing with what happened to his parents, and will
become a much better student and more confident.

name?

He'll come very close, but not yet.

Yes.  There will be a very tense moment in Quality
Quidditch Supplies as they both reach for the same
broom polish, but the moment will be averted by Ludo
Bagman presenting them both with complimentary jars.

The Marauder's Map is going to take a break this book,
I think, since I don't recall Harry ever getting it
back at the end of GOF.  The Pensieve, Floo Powder,
and Foe Glass as plot points, the rest as possible
mentions but not important (ie, Harry gets a
Rememberall for Christmas)

will be the Gryffindor Keeper?  Gryffindor Captain?

Heck yes!  Captain will be Angelina, Ron will turn up
as Keeper and unofficial Chief Strategian.
