WHY should something be dead just because it's on OT-Chatter? 
WHY should people not reply over there? Why should moving it to another list
make it impossible for people to post replies on that list? It's not like
it's hard to find, given that Penny put the URL right into the message
moving the thread. 

I admit to being completely confused.
