Aw, well, this surely has gotten out of hand, no?  Laura says the OoP 
derby brought in 20 responses, but I count over 40 responses that 
amount to hand-to-hand combat over the "diversity" polling.  Go 
figure.  :)  Perhaps we'll all take a deep breath over the weekend 
and get back on topic.
