I would think that a power so omnipotent as "seeing" would take a great deal
of control and training--which Ron doesn't really have. He has Trelawney, in
a class that he *really* doesn't take very seriously. At first glance,
Trelawney teaching Divination is almost like a legless man who teaches
running, IMHO. She might be the product of a seer who was never fully
trained--and therefore cannot reach her full potential, and goes into random
trances and doesn't remember a word that she's said.
