Ah, but what about his argument with Hermione after the ball?  
Ron goes off in a huff, saying that she just didn't get it, but Harry 
thought that Hermione "got it" a lot better than Ron might even 
understand, or something along those lines.

I'd think that if he is a Seer, that maybe a person needs to get 
through adolescence before they can trust their visions, I think 
that with the horemones all awhack and all sorts of new and 
unusual senses to interpret, that anyone's vision might be a little 
cloudy.
