I'm sure this probably doesn't qualify as a 'scene' but it's a sequence of
events and that is good enough for me. It starts when Hagrid busts into the
Hut on the Rock and ends when Hagrid and Harry finish shopping in Diagon
Alley and Harry is back home again. The whole thing is wonderful. Up to
that point we've had hints, tiny glimpses of the wizarding world, but we
don't really know what it's like. We get to experience it all with Harry,
and I found myself just as amazed at it all as he was.
It's a difficult question because I have lots of different favorites, all
for different reasons, and they are hard to compare to one another.

My guess is that Hagrid only gives his pets cutesy names if they are liable
to eat you or otherwise mangle and maim you at any given moment. If they
are more likely to run whimpering away with their tail between their legs,
then he gives them bloodthirsty names. I suspect he initially named Aragog
Mr Tinkles and one of the Blast Ended Skrewts Pumpkin.
