Does anybody *want* a boyfriend on the front lines of a magical war? 
I doubt that any sane teenage girl sits around thinking, "gee, when I
start dating, I hope it's with somebody who stands a good chance of
being killed by a Dark Lord at the earliest opportunity."  (Though,
ironically, that's exactly what Cho got.)  Given Voldemort's methods,
once the war starts *everyone* will be on the front lines.  No one is
safe, as Cedric's fate so graphically proved.

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if Cho decided she wasn't ready to
take up with The Boy Who Lived after Cedric.  But then again, I
wouldn't be surprised if Ginny decided that her one brush with Dark
Magic was quite enough, thank you, and she really doesn't need a
relationship that will make her a likely target for more of the same.
