Seems to me we need a different name for this.  It doesn't seem quite 
fair to call it a Flint when it's Dale's error, not JKR's, or perhaps 
just a change JKR made from one printing to another as Penny suggests 
in her Archives message.  It isn't an actual internal inconsistency, 
since Ginny's eyes get no other mention, IIRC.
