"Throughout all four of the books, Hermione doesn't pay the same kind
of attention to the other boys, not Harry nor for that matter Viktor.
Hermione has also never warmed to Ron's many objects of teenage
passion but had no jealousy about Harry's sole crush, Cho. She did
however find Viktor's stalkers annoying but not because she saw them
as competition for Viktor's attention." -- ms_petra_pan
I don't think Hermione's obvious annoyance of Ron's infauation with Fleur had
anything to do with her fancying him. She was just frustrated with him
because he was only interested in her because she was pretty. She didn't
particularly like Fleur because she showed many signs of being conceited, not
because she was jealous because Ron liked her.
You claim that Hermione didn't have a problem with Harry's liking Cho. Well,
that was never an issue because Harry hardly ever expressed his feelings for
Cho, and when he did "They make them OK at Hogwarts," (Goblet of Fire), she
showed her impatience with this: "'When you both put your eyes back in" said
Hermione briskly, 'you'll be able to see who's just arrived.'"
I also believe that Hermione was annoyed by Fleur's fan club only because she
is annoyed that they are very obviuosly only interested in him because he is
famous and also because they disrupt her concentration. I do not believe that
she was very much attracted to Krum until he approached her.
I don't think that Hermione has any romantic feelings towards Harry or Ron,
though that may change in time. Same with the boys, I don't think Harry or
Ron have any feelings towards Hermione beyond a close friendship. For now.
