Wouldn't that require them to have actual lines, though?  I believe 
the only time we hear actual words, as opposed to yells and grunts, 
coming from them is when they're really Ron and Harry, Polyjuiced. 
Rita Skeeter quotes them about the Skrewts, but given her 
Quick-Quoting Quill, she might well have gotten that from the usual 
grunts.  (If I'm wrong, someone flag me on this.  I'd hate to think 
the two kids who got their roles are doomed to seven movies with no 
dialogue!)
