Hi, I have been "lurking" for quite a long time now, but since the
topic of time discrepancy came up, I thought I would throw my two
cents in. There is a scene in GoF where Harry writes a letter to
Sirius saying:
"...They told him they'd have to cut his pocket money if he keeps
doing it, so he got really angry and chucked his PlayStation out of
the window" --Goblet of Fire, pg 27)
Believe it or not, that actually stood out to me for some reason. I
looked this up and apparently, Sony released PlayStation in the U.S
and UK only in 1995, and I'm guessing that this scene (which happens
during the summer right after their third year) is in 1994? oh
well...I guess this goes to prove that...I have entirely too much
time on my hands. :-)
