In fact, Dudley could have had a Playstation in GoF. After all, the 
videoconsole did exist: it's not uncommon for people to buy importation 
machines, especially when the little brat is as spoilt as Dudley is (it 
has happened with PS2, and it probably happened with PSX). You just 
have to order the japanese version, which is out much sooner, buy 
japanese games for a while, and then put on a multi-system chip. Read
