I think it would be great if Ron were a "true" seer. That would be terrific, 
especially since he's always feeling overshadowed by his older brother's 
achievements and his best friends popularity. I mean, it would so exciting, 
and it would definitely come with ups and downs. Personally, though, I think 
that scenario will remain in the realm of possible fanfictions. I think Ron 
will just stay good ol' Ron throughout the series. I mean, not all really 
cool people can have something special. I think Ron will do some interesting 
things, no doubt, probably something unique from his brothers, but I doubt 
that JKR would just give him something exciting, like him being a seer. But 
who knows, it's possible.
