Just because Petunia is ingoring Lily's existence
doesn't mean that Lily is ignoring Petunia. It's
entirely possible that Lily sent her sister an
announcement when Harry was born, and even that she's
sent pictures since then - or sent the 1980 Potter
Family Holiday Newsletter (do people do
end-of-the-year newsletters in the UK? Answer on OT
Chatter, please).

This, of course, leads us into the wonderful guesswork
(noncanon based) about what the Durselys' reaction of
a moving baby photo would be - and perhaps the reason
they don't have any pictures of Harry in the house
(even in the background of something) is because they
were concerned that he'd be moving in every picture,
not just "wizarding" ones.
