Does this mean the Quidditch World Cup is being played this year?  

Since Harry had just turned 14 in GoF then the next one would be when 
he's just turned 18 (end of Book 7) and then the next when he's just 
turned 22.

If so - Go the Home Nations! (England preferably, but heck, any of 
the four will do!
