Polyjuice and death?

Hi, my name is John, and I'm new!

I was thinking yesterday about the Polyjuice poition, and was 
wondering if it could *theoretcally* be used to become "immortal". 
By that I mean, before you die, you start to put your fingernails 
into different jars. When you die, a successor will make the potion 
drink it and continue the cycle.
