If I remember correctly from the JKR interview, JKR was asked if we 
would ever see a female DADA teacher and she simply answered "yes".  
People are assuming it will be in OoP, but it could be in #6 or #7.  
I checked the Lexicon and couldn't find anything about a female 
confirmation there, but maybe someone knows for sure.  My bet is 
still on Molly.
