This idea's definitely growing on me... another reason the older kids might
not remember him... if it was a weekday, and if young witches/wizards do go
to muggle school - they would have been at school during the day so they
wouldn't have seen him all that much anyway....
of course - if this 24 hour was a weekend or a school holiday it totally
throws my theory out of the window....
