That just reminded me that when we first truly meet Ron it's on the 
train to Hogwarts in SS/PS, and there he attempts a spell to turn his 
rat yellow.  The rat turns out to be Peter Petigrew who is yellow... 
yellow, of course, being the color of cowardice.
