  From what I know about the adult books, which is not too much being a Texan(haha!) is that they are mainly different in cover styles.  They are made so that an adult can read the HP books in public without people thinking it is a children's book.  There is one difference in a book.  Can anyone who has the books help with this?  

  Basically the only real difference is the more mature looking covers.  Hope I helped you.
