I don't even think Draco would go to the trio even if they would believe him. 
 If Draco is as you say, too proud to kiss Voldie's butt, there is no way he 
is going to kowtow to Harry and co.

If Draco turns good, he would either go to Dumbledore, or depending on how 
much he knows, more likely to Snape.
