Okay. IIRC, One of the points made by MD was that Voldemort needed to 
be brought back because in his earlier form as "less than spirit" he 
was indestructable. Now, aside from the fact that I haven't seen this 
claim proven one way or the other, the fact is that he was returned to 
a physical form before the confrontation with Harry at the end of GoF.

Was this taken into consideration, and I just haven't found the right 
post yet? Or ... ?
