Weasleys and Weatherbys

       There's another interesting aspect I have been thinking about. It's 
the Weatherby bit. I thought that Crouch Sr.'s mistake about Percy's name 
might have been a clue to what was happening, but LV doesn't attack him until 
*after* the QWC. So, why does Percy never correct his boss about his name. 
Why doesn't Mr. Weasley ever do so? Is it possible that Percy isn't using his 
right surname in the ministry? perhaps our oh-so-ambitious Percy feels his 
father's name is a hazard in his chosen career and is using instead his 
mother's maiden name?
