Why don't they just Apparate?

   ME: I would imagine such a spell would have to exist in several 
places... Azkaban, Grittogs Bank (I mean, what's the point of 
extensive tunnels to ensure a theif can't find his/her way out if 
they can merely Apparate?), and obviously Hogwarts... I don't believe 
the magic is lost... it would create too many loop-holes in the books.
