Nowhere does it say that Hogwarts is Unplottable. That is mentioned 
in reference to the other two schools, but not Hogwarts. Hogwarts 
clearly has enchantments on it of various kinds, including the one 
which makes Muggles see it only as a crumbling ruin, but I would 
consider these to be Muggle Repelling Charms, most likely.
