[HPforGrownups] Voldemort and Snape's Betrayal

I'm new to the group so sorry if this has been mentioned before.

In the Sorcerers stone Voldemort rides around in Quirell's body so shouldn't 
Voldemort know about Snape's betrayal since Snape not only threatened 
Quirell but even saved Harry's life.  I might be missing something but it 
would seem to me that Voldemort should know about Snape's betrayal making 
Snape useless as a spy at the end of GoF.
