Now that you mention it, Hedwig does sound like a possibility.  I had 
forgotten that she had said anything about Harry getting a new pet.  I hope 
not though, I like Hedwig.  Think I'll keep rooting for it to be Colin Creevy 
or one of the lesser known children.  Hope that doesn't sound bad.  Putting 
an owl over people.  But they're all fictional anyway.  More than the death 
in book 5 I am beginning to wonder if the book will ever come out for us to 
read.
