Cause it says on page 173 of my copy of CoS:
Harry turned to the back cover of the book and saw the printed name
of a newsagent's in Vauxhall Road, London.
"He must've been Muggle-born", said Harry thoughtfully, "to have bought
a diary from Vauxhall Road..."
It looks like a wizarding book in the movie, but it should not.

I'm not sure how this kind of muggle-baiting is any worse compared with what
Lucius did during the World Cup?
