In my opinion, Fred and George aren't going to be made prefects.  
They get in trouble way too often.  Also, in the next book they will 
be entering their last year at Hogwarts, and if they were going to 
be made prefects, it would have happened already.

About Percy... I think he is definetly the odd man out in his 
family.  Everyone laughs at him behind his back except for his 
mother.  During GoF, before the Quidditch World Cup, Charlie and 
Bill were battling tables, and everyone else was just playing 
around, except Percy who was sitting in his room working on a report 
on Cauldron Bottoms, angry at everyone else for bothering him.

Hopefully Percy doesn't turn evil.  He's one of those characters I'm 
not really sure of.  Regardless, it seems to me that an unfavorable 
picture has been painted of him, and like everything else in the 
books, it probably has a purpose.  We just need to find out what 
that purpose is.
