I agree with you, Michelle, that in the end, Percy will be an ardent
supporter of Dumbledore. I do believe, though, that his loyalty to the MoM
will cast him on Fudge's side at the beginning. I think something will
happen that will cause Percy to see the light and that he will return to
Dumbledore's side.
