Bill Weasley's "pen friend" was from Brazil, same as the snake that Harry 
liberated at the zoo.  

And don't forget the Salem Witches' Institute that had a banner at the World 
Cup, though that name seems more like a reserach institution than a high shool.  

There has been a big thread about this on these boards in the past, though I 
can't remember the dates and furthermore it might have been on the OT board.  
In true compulsive board fashion, it mused about the number of schools in the US 
(since it has 4 or 5 times the muggle population of Great Britain it robably needs 
several schools for htem to be of manageable size) and their locations (Salem, 
Four Corners in the Southwest, Sasquatch country in the Northwest, somewhere 
inthe Appalachians, etc.) and so on.
