Just had to comment.  I love Sirius, totally agree with JKR that he's 
dead sexy, hope to see tons more of him in the next books and am very 
glad to count him among the good guys, but I wouldn't go so far as to 
say he's guilty of nothing.  Strictly speaking he's guilty of any 
number of things, including but not limited to breaking and entering, 
assault and kidnapping.  
He of course had good motives for these things, but that doesn't stop 
him being guilty of them.
