Gee, who do we know who has excellent grades, gets along with (most 
of) the teachers, hates to skip classes, follows the rules (unless 
absolutely necessary), and has enough inner self confidence to take a 
leadership role within her house?  I'm certain that Hermione will not 
only becomes a prefect, but Head Girl as well.
