muggle-born witch into the family. Arthur enjoyed spending time
with the Grangers in PoA, and the Weasleys invite Hermione to
spend over 2 weeks living with them in GoF. And remember at
the end of GoF, what Molly says to Dumbledore, "We know what
Fudge is. It's Arthur's fondness for Muggles that has held him
back at the Ministry all these years. Fudge thinks he lacks
proper wizarding pride." Fudge is a

thrilled with Hermione in the family? No.

There's nothing in any of the above that makes me think the
Weasleys see the Muggleborn as equals. Yes, the Weasleys try
not to mistreat Muggles, but that's by no means the same thing. I
have known people who were very eager to socialize with
members of other ethnic groups, enjoyed learning about them,
invited them to their homes and fought hard against
discrimination but were nonetheless extremely negative about
marriage with those same people.

the first muggle-born daughter-in-law of the Weasleys.
Remember, Penelope, Percy's girlfriend, is muggle-born too!

Yes, and what happened to her? There's not a word of her in
GoF. Did Percy drop her because she'd hinder his advancement
at the Ministry? Were Arthur and Molly secretly relieved? We don't
know.
