Perhaps Molly, like many muggle women, is secure enough with her body 
to not want to change it.  She might be very proud that her larger 
body structure allowed her to carry, birth, nourish, and nurture 7 
children.  Although she may not be model-perfect, she still may find 
her body beautiful.

I tend to agree with this statement.  There is probably a lot of 
pressure in both worlds to look beautiful.  Yet, just because 
cosmetic surgery is available to muggles does not mean that all 
muggles would get it if the opportunity arose.  Although there are 
probably many ways to magically alter one's appearance, many wizards 
probably choose not to do so.  Whether wizard or muggle, one can 
learn to accept and love one's body for what it is.
