Can anyone tell me if JKR told that the next book has a female DADA
teacher?
This is verifiable?

Or, is this simply a generally accepted conclusion by fans?

Apparently JKR has made a nubmer of statements on Book Five all of which were listed on the Harry Potter Galleries site (which I can't find now).  Amongst the things she says is that DADA will be female this time, also there will be an important death (so my prediction that Lupin could die is still valid even if he IS heavily involved throughout the book....).  There were a number of interesting predictions most of which slipped out of my left ear some time ago sorry.............
