FWIW, D'dore has a lot of these "insights." Note he wasn't too
surprisedabout Trelawney's revelation, and even added some
things himself -- like the connection between Scabbers and Harry,
with the implications of having saved a wizard's life. I'm guessing
Dumbledore himself is a pretty accomplished seer. He just knows
more than we see him finding out. Some could come from backstory,
like hard facts about magical theory. But how does he know exactly
what to say to Harry and Hermione as he sends them on their way
to save Sirius and Beaky, especially with a time loop involved?
I think Dumbledore knows how all this is going to come out,
perhaps better than JKR does at the moment.
