Usually, the drones that fill publishers' marketing
departments need 90 days to line up all of the ad
placements, the merchandisng displays/caps, and the
author's tour for signings and other forms of public
display. Since we're not talking a simple mid-lister,
I would presume that the 90-day 'rule' would be a
minimum.  

Add to this the fact that pre-prod and printing will
eat at least that number of days, and I would offer
that a mid-July release date would be a bit tight.

Locus has no date posted, either, FWIW.

Can't speak to the UK side of getting OotP out, but
the above is based on actual book production that I've
seen.
