In GoF ch.12, "Dean had tacked up a poster of Viktor Krum over his 
bedside table.  His old poster of the West Ham football team was 
right next to it.  'Mental, ' Ron sighed, shaking his head at the 
completely stationary football players." 

I tried to find the quote in which Ron actually pokes the West Ham 
poster with his wand to make them move, but couldn't find it, sorry.
