OK, now I see your point. Yeah, makes perfect sense to me. Sirius
should be able to turn into his normal self, and show these people
that he does not have the Dark Mark, and that indeed he was
wrongfully imprisoned. So absolutely, he can now prove to Fudge that
he is not a DE. He couldn't clear his name before (his original
trial), but now it's a piece of cake.
